Description: In this presentation, we will provide an overview of our work in Asian American and Pacific Islander Student Services including our ASPIRE (Asian American & Pacific Islander Retention and Education) & REACH (Responsive Education for Access, Community, and Hope) programs.
Audience: High School, Community College, SF State Students, Academic Departments, and Community Organizations
Length Options: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes
Description: As an AANAPISI (Asian American Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institution), San Francisco State University students can apply for a one-time $2,500 award or multi-year $5,000 scholarship award if they meet the requirements! In this session we will discuss the AANAPISI scholarship in depth and work together on the application.

Description: Wealth is framed as financial capital in a system that prioritizes profit and consumerism. In this workshop, we utilize Tara Yosso's definition of community cultural wealth to highlight all of what we bring from our families and communities as our strengths.
